FROM MUFFIN MAN TO BUTTERBOY
The boy behind the butter, James Sideris. The journey started during his uni days, selling muffins and cookies to local cafés in the neighbourhood. Then when the chunky NYC cookies came into fashion, he pivoted to Butterboy, a fun, delicious and evaluated cookie business that we all know today.
